HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

I am confused as all of your last several posts including the previous one that I answered you say you are having problems loading.

What version of th Mac operating system do you have?

How much memory does your computer have?

My game has not loaded since you did the update yesterday. I can exchange gifts again, that came back with the update, and I can send gifts, but then I get a black screen and it goes not further. I went through the instructions, I have both those spinning cubes and my browser is fine. Will I need to wait until the next update to load my farm again?

Which browser are you using? is your browser updated?

Please clear your browser cache and restart. First time you load the game after the clearing, it will load slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.

what happened to the thing, that lets you post for your neighbors to work your facilites, rarlier i had a hard time getting into farmtown, no biggie but it would be nice if i could post

Are you talking about the popups to let you post to facebook?

Please be sure your game is completely loaded before trying to post. Also check if cookies and popups are allowed in your browser according to the following instructions:

Hi HILARIOUS,

If you have not made any changes to your browser, please check that it is still up to date. Then please go to the 1st post on page 1 of this thread. There is more information and help for you there, to check things in your browser and WebGL please try those and see if they help.

If you have added any extensions to your browser, please disable them.

If you still have problems after trying those, please describe what you are seeing when you try to load the game, then look in the FT console beneath your game screen and see if there are any errors showing up.
