Please reload the game and see if has corrected.

If not, then clear your memcache, you have the link below your game screen, and log into the game again.

I just accepted gifts and the send back to all button showed up without problems.

reloaded and cleared memcash no luck unfortunately no send gift back to all option which means no gifts for anyone

Hi al_bundy

Before accepting gifts, click in your tool box and then click in the time icon (the clock).
Under gamewide tab, check if resend gifts have a green check mark.

If ou see a time, then you will have to wait. You wiil be able to accept but not to send.

This may happen according to which Gifting machines you own or if you first sent gifts using the Other wall requests option.

If any of those is the problem then please contact Support team.

I did not receive my gifts this morning. They did not show in my gift box to store. Yjis is like twice in a month this has happened.

I just tried this and we can not duplicate it. As it is intermitent there is no way to find the problem if it can not be duplicated.

nope green tick on resend gifts and it has been a problem over more then a day since i noticed

i can send gifts one by one but not doing that would take all week lol

Hi al bundy,
I tried this morning after you reported it and I got the button to send back for all just fine. Please try clearing your memcache then restart your farms and try again. You can find the memcache link at the bottom of your farm page.

I have found the problem

if after clicking accept all if the gifts fill the gift box in 1 click the send gift back to all button wont appear

i purchased the gifting tools to increase storage from 1000 gifts to 4000 and it has fixed the problem

the instant filling will be caused by rewards being acheived in farm pass 1 and 2 increasing gift multiplyer above the standard gift box capacity

maybe something the devs need to look at

I received 38 gifts today, a couple of which I exchanged. Upon accepting the gifts , I also sent gifts. When I went to my gift box they were not there. They were mostly olive trees and cocoa trees. This is the second time this has happened.

Please help!!
