OFFICIAL Receiving-sending-exchanging Gifts

I have had problems with Farmtown Gifts for months now and have written to Support around 3-4 times and not received any reply. My gifts stay at 50. Even if I accept or exchange them they go back to how they were. They do not go anywhere. If I try and receive gifts on my laptop it freezes and I have to reload. If I try and receive gifts on my desktop it lets me accept/exchange them, and let's me send gifts back to other farmer (which I don't think anyone is receiving!). Then the gifts revert back to how they were and stay in My Requests. 50 gifts.
Please advise me how to fix this. It has been like that for many months now.
