Additional information for you. I didn't ask you to try this as it wasn't working right, but it's worth you trying it if you are still having problems now.  Please click on the preferences icon top right of your game screen, scroll down to the Languages section and change the setting to English (US). Please remember to click the green check mark to save the setting. Then reload and see if the language has stayed set to English US.If it has stayed set to English (US) then go to market and see if you can see anyone please.
