OFFICIAL Receiving-sending-exchanging Gifts

I have written for support about five or six times without a reply. I am unable to send gifts and when I exchange them they are right back the same way they were. I did receive a reply through the Forum and did what was suggested. deleting all the gifts from a link that was given to me. My laptop freezes after trying to return gifts and I have to reload. On my desktop I can exchange but when I reload the gifts are back to what they were before. I am getting so frustrated with this not and if it is not resolved I am giving up playing this game. Played for years and never had this problem. Please advise.
