I admit I get lost with all this this and that and maybe this but not that.

So, basically, "Disabled Flower Watering" does nothing?

It depends on who is visiting the farms where you have flowers and if you also have other items like crops and trees on that same farm.

If you hire someone to harvest your flowers, then they will be able to water them.

If super neighbors are allowed to harvest your flowers, then they can harvest, water and irrigate them.
If they are not allowed to harvest your flowers, then they cant do anything but they can use your mobile sprinklers on that farm if you have more items on it, like trees and crops while growing.

In a Quest farm and with Other farmers cannot water flowers allowed, then super neighbors will be able to harvest your flowers but they will not be able to use the mobile sprinklers, the only way for them to water your flowers is using the watering can.

I think this must be it. But, though I only have flowers on a few farms, I'm finding all farms have flowers watered? Can they use the sprinkler to water all farms even though only a few actually have flowers?

(I should throw in here I don't have any super neighbors and it looks like my quest farm isn't being watered. All the other ones are, though.)
