OFFICIAL Problems with Buying/Selling Trading

I am havung ongoing problems with tradong wareouse since last upate..below is the latest glitch while trying to load products.. i have continued problems when on the marketplace of the whole game freezing when i try tobuy product from other farmers.. constantly having to rebootthe game... my computer and browser are updated.. it is not my cache or similar.. this time it was when i was just trying to load my products. its becoming unplayable when trying to interact with others

When in the trading marketplace after selling all items of crops, trees, flowers, etc. There is a blue button that says "Create Purchase Offer" I click it and many times (not all the time) the game gets stuck. I reload the game and it had created the new offer but didn't allow me to click the next one because the game froze or got stuck loading. This also happens after loading all the ships containers and I click Reuse last itinerary. It has happened many times, I reload the game and it keeps happening which makes me think nobody reports it. The game also takes a long time to load when going to different locations within the game. Other than that the game works as it should. I hope you can address these issues, bugs or whatever is happening. It makes the game more enjoyable and thank you for all the hard work and dedication over 15 years, which is pretty remarkable.

Okay I think I just encountered a glitch presumably related to the new release (since that's when things tend to get buggy)
I just "sold" 504 Crude Oil for FREE to a Neighbour and the pop-up said +1,000,000 coins instead of the usual blurb about getting the matching amount of product added to storage.

I wasn't paying attention to my money (why would I when I wasn't expecting any? lol) so I couldn't say whether or not I got money and I definitely didn't check storage level before so couldn't say if I got product in spite of the incorrect "pop-up" either.

Not overly worried (although it's quite a stash of crude oil lol) but wanted to bring it to attention in case it was not just simply a case of the wrong pop-up.

Hi! I found things in my trading warehouse, and I have never used it to date. I asked a neighbor who does get on as me to help, and she said she hasn't either. Is there a way I can turn this off so other's cannot access it? And... I know I have lots of duplicates in facilities , but am suddenly running out of things in the non-workable ones even though I also have spent lots of cash purchasing additional ones for this. Please advise.

Hi Ardelle,
I moved your post to the thread about the trading warehouse.
If you have ever used the trading warehouse/super facility then what you last put into that will still be listed even though you have none of the items to sell or buy. It does not blank out after the week is over. Even if they can look at it there is nothing available for them to buy.


As far as the non-workables as facilities are added each month the requirements for ingredients including the non-workables goes up. There is nothing we can do for that. If you want to make a suggestion for increasing non-workable items then please post it in the Suggestions section. You can not start a new thread there, but you can reply to one that fits your suggestion.

I went to the Trade Marketplace to sell my goods. When i tried to sell them to my non neighbors I got this big flashing message: you cannot sell your products to neighbors on this marketplace.

Wasted skads of products.
