If you are getting a spinning circle when trying to open your lists, then it could mean a temporary issue retrieving the list from Facebook or can be caused by having a considerable amount of friends that play so there's too many to load.

Roughly how many friends do you have?


It seems this problem is affecting accounts with many friends and we have let the developers know.

My neighbour list is full and I have roughly 350 farming Facebook friends the circle just keeps going round and round since the last up date everything was with trains and gifts before then

Hi Luscious Linda,
The developers are aware of this problem for some and looking into it. Unfortunately it appears to be a change Facebook has made. Hopefully the developers can find a way around this.

Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and check again.

Good morning. I planted cabbage on farm 41 which I needed for a quest. I harvested it this morning but it did not go to my quest. I have planted again and hope it is ok this time. Any advice please. 1665486886.

Having been doing the quests since they restarted but today I started a new quest, but then everytime I go back into quests it has gone and I have a new quest to start. I have tried several times and each time I get new quest Number 538177762
