I'm sorry you still cant enter the game, but we dont have a solution for you. Your previous information was copied into a closed thread in Help&Support which is monitoring by the developers.

If you have done all the suggestions we have asked you, then you have to wait till developers find a solution.

Just in case you have not tried this before:

- Check if there is any update for Windows, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

- Also be sure your browser is updated

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

Just a FYI - continually freezing when moving from one farm to another. Tried to go from 1 to 40 - wouldn't load.

Please try clearing your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm if it is open in another tab. Then reopen your farms

Also,click in your preferences, the wrench, and put a check mark to Compressed Graphics option and see if that helps you.

If nothing helps, then clear your browser cache.

Thank you Mary, I will certainly do that as well. Below is the link to clear things out that I used before the migration. Is it still useful or should I be clearing the browser (that you posted in your reply) from now on and discard this older method?

The link you posted if for memcache. The memcache clears your data on the server and forces it to be reloaded, so you get a clean load and it is working.

But you have to clear your browser cache.

Please before doing that, check your private messages on the right upper corner of the forum.

Have been getting this message yesterday and today trying to play FT. Have been blocked 5 times now.

Hi djensen,
That is a Facebook message. They block you (put you in Facebook jail as some say) if you are posting the same thing multiple places like in groups, or if you do too many posts repeatedly in your own profile and other reasons. Farm Town had nothing to do with that message.
