Game Migration Updates

My user ID is 1607748320. I have not been able to post my bonuses. When I qualify, the window pops up, but when I click on it, a massive list of ingredients shows, and it not button for posting bonuses. Since I see many others posting their bonuses for green ink, I suspect I have a unique problem. Also, I wanted to post help for an ingredient from my Pakistani restraurant, but after I clicked the ask for help button, the window to post it to the wall/my page never showed.

On my "Show Facility Wall Requests "-tab I see maximum of up to 13 hours of postings. Has this been changed since the last update?

Hi Palmarina,

If you haven't already done so please check if your browser is still showing up to date, clear the history/caches in it, close the browser then reopen it and check wall requests again and see if that helps at all.

You could also do the same thing with other browsers and see if you are seeing a similar problem in them or one is better than another one.

It's possible that there are some lingering problems from when we had none showing up at all. Once someone posts from the game that post is then Facebooks domain, perhaps they are still trying to work things out.

Hi Tiger, yes I already did all that.
Checked the list in Google Chrome and in Firefox. Both browsers are up-to-date. Firefox gives 2 hours more.
I'll keep an eye on that.

Ever since the migration began when I try to work others facilities and services the page loads as a blank page a lot of the time and I have to reload almost ever one of them before I can work.

Please check that your browser is up to date and if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.

If you wish you could clear your browser cache. Please note that the first time you load the game after the clearing it will load slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

There are instructions on how to clear the browser cache in the following link:

You can try another updated browser and see if you get the same problem.

I usually open 4 or 6 tabs to work facilities with no problems.

Only the developers know if they will bring those back. They don't tell us anything about future possible releases.
