What can buddies NOT do that neighbor can, there currently very little in that chapter, but I know Tiger still working on it

how do we change a buddy into a neighbor and vise a versa?

Your post is a little confusing.

If you haven't played FarmTown on Facebook for years, where have you been playing it?

Do you mean that you deleted the game and only recently returned to playing it?

If you did not register using the Facebook version of the game then you did not provide the email and password that you would need to use for you to be able to log into the Website.

Have you ever logged into the Website?

Are you using a saved bookmark in your browser to play Farm Town? If you are, please look at the top of the Forum for Play in Facebook and click on it to make sure that you are in the current version of FarmTown on Facebook.

Try that, and if you have never registered for the Website or never logged into it, then you should be seeing a registration window that says "Secure your access to your Farm Town farms!"

If using the Play in Facebook button at the top of the forum doesn't show you that window, please supply your USER ID and the Build number which you will find when you load Farm Town on Facebook, scroll down past the game screen where your farms are, then past the yellow box underneath it and you will see

Your USER ID number is:

We need the long number after that and the Build number to the right that.

Hi, sorry if my post was confusing. i used to play years ago and then stopped playing. A post came up on my newsfeed about FT and i decided to try and play again. Initially i went through the link on the fan page and i didnt have to register, it just loaded the page and then i changed avatar etc. i did not have to enter my name though. i have managed to play ok but obviously i would like to be able to log onto the new website if facebook deletes FT.

I tried your suggestion of making sure i was playing the correct version and im still not getting the box or information where i can log on to farmtown.com, request password etc.

this is my farm number: 10207566458504558 Build No: 471.

Thank you for providing the information requested, much appreciated!

You need to reach Level 21 in the Facebook game and then you will be shown the registration windows which will allow you to register for the website.

You will be asked to verify those details again over the next few days to confirm that they are still exactly the same.

You will then be able to use the details you provided to log into the website.

Please remember to make a note of those details in a few places where you will easily be able to find them should you forget them at some point in the future.

I am giving you a link to the Web Guide which has details on Registering so you have an idea of what you should be seeing once you are Level 21 or over:

Thank you so much for looking at my farm tiger. That makes sense as I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t getting the pop up window thing. I’ll try and level up quickly hopefully before FB remove FT. Fingers crossed.

You can not have friends in the website so buddies replace those.

Buddies cannot be super neighbors so they can not work on your farms unless you hire for specific jobs.

Any change concerning buddies and neighbors will be posted by the developers here in the first post of this thread. Please do not ask for an ETA as we do not have that information.

Hi, my farmtown thing on the new website is secure, but when I get a friends farm link for them and put http://apps.slashkey.com/farmtown/play/?farm_id=(their number) it says it's NOT secure is that normal or what?

Think you get that as the http is incorrect, you need to use https
