HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

Earlier today I was able to log into the farm town game and do all normal activities. I tried to log in again this evening and the log in froze when it reach the following position in the sequence.

Hi Dell,
I moved your post to the subject thread about loading problems.
Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also make sure your browser is updated as sometimes they do not automatically update.


Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Before making my initial report I checked that all my software was up to date. I had run the clear Memcache, rebooted the computer and still only get to that point in the login sequence.

Is there any possibility that Facebook has once again messed up something? The farm game is not the only game that will not load at the present time.

Hi Dell,
It could be the Facebook app server you are going through soyes that is a possibility, however we haven't had any other reports of problems getting in nor are we having any trouble with loading Farm Town.
If you can't load any of the games then yes something is not right but it isn't Farm Town.

#1230480157 My whole computer is freezing up when I go to my farm. I can work my ships, but when I leave there to go and plant that's when it freezes up. And before it freezes my farm is covered with an kaleidoscope look. I have cleaned my cache and it didn't help. Please help if you can.

Hi ginnymae

Please be sure you are loading your farms from the game icon in the left column in your Facebook home page. If you are using a saved link, it could be corrupted and not working anymore.

Also be sure your browser is up to date and if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.

After doing any change, please close your browser and then restart your computer.

Im not sure which cache you have cleaned, memcache or browser cache.

You should clear your browser cache. After the clearing, the game will load slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Off Line Problem

We are all experiencing the off line problem when loading the farms. Also, there are error in the console.

You are still able to work your farms off line.

We have emailed the developers to let them know.

USER ID number ( 1545131279 ) - Getting click green tic to connect over and over again. On BOTH accts. One acct is c20 w22 and the other is c20 w21. It was fine ten minutes ago, and I am in the middle of SN work!! What is going on?
