Here is a list of Non-Workable facilities.

This Post lists all 14 Non-Workable Production Facilities.
Some of them are Turbo versions of the regular facility which produce 3 times as much as the regular version.

These facilities can not be worked by your friends.
The exception to this rule is when a farmer earns the Farm Pass Privilege that allows a Neighbour to work them.
Making products in these facilities will cost you coins.
Ordering products from the Semi-Trailer will cost coins and also use fuel.
You can not post facility work from these facilities or request ingredients.
Unlike the Production and Service facilities where the maximum fill is 15 days, the maximum fill for these facilities is 7 days.
