Hi:
ok, i did clear the cache and closed off the farms and came back in and it is still showing for me a tiny box with a question mark. unsure where to go from here.
Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. you are all amazing, at least in my eyes.
hopefully there is another fix.

I see in your data you cleared your memcache twice.

You also need to clear your browser cache where all the graphics are stored.

Thank you so very much for all your help. The facility is now showing up in the game. i had forgotten about the memcache and browser history. Will have to do that at least once a month.

Hi Grandma,
Those errors are about the pictures in your neighbors bar. Some of them are not being shown. There will be a fix for this error in the next release.
Those errors do not prevent you from playing.

Hi 1364158191,

Thank you for your ID. I am not seeing any problem with the language your have your game set to, but your avatar name may be what is causing a problem. It looks like you've tried to put symbols in it which we know can cause some strange issues.

Have you recently changed that, if not, when did this problem of not seeing anyone at market start?

Try clearing your FT memcache. To run memcache Click Here. A window will open with a list of "unsetting", which is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another browser window. Then reload and see if that helped.

If it did not, please click on the Account tab above your game screen and delete everything that is showing in the Name section, then just type a new name without any symbols in it, then click the Change button to save that new name and reload the game, see if that corrects your problem at market.
