There is no problem as far as we know.

I just finished preparing my ship and sent it out without problems.

Acording to your data you started preparation for your Green ship.

Orange and Blue ships have returned and Purple, Brown, Pink and Yellow are on their trip.

Up now you have 5 ships in your list, so 11.2 minutes for loading containers for your Green ship is correct.
