this morning no change, I MIGHT get to do three to four tasks (planting, moving farm to farm, working others facilities) and it locks up again and frequently see these yellow messages that say something about SpriteDownloader error etc etc.........sorry I dont know how to send the actual picture. Other applications on the computer using internet are working normally and internet has been turned off and reset. Just updating with you so maybe it will help determine a solution for myself and others that are having issues working the farms......thanks in advance Rita 1036647811 Build No: 713

The spritedownloader error has been fixed but not released yet. Should be released with the facilities when they get released. However that error does not affect your play at all. Even though your internet is working for other sites that does not mean it wwill work for getting to the game site. There are many links your data has to go through to get between you and the game servers. Any one of those links having problems can cause slow data transfer or loss of data giving you problems. Unfortunately we have no control or way to monitor those links. The only thing you can do is wait for whoever owns those links to fix the problem.

It could still be an internet problem somewhere between you and the game servers that is causing data to be lost. Any one of those links having a problem or heavy traffic can cause slowed down or lost data transfer.

Have a problem, just today where (with sufficient trains out) I am working facilities on other farms and keep getting a black screen part way through.

That sounds more like a browser or computer timing out and making the screen go off for lack of activity by you. It is not something the game is doing.

I think you misunderstand. What I mean is that the game play area is going black part way through the facilities. That's the bit that's usually showing the farm - everything within the play frame. The rest of my computer screen is just fine.

Hi guys... Both of my accounts are presently not loadingwell... account 1189726101 for me, glenda davis (email removed by a moderator) and my 2nd account is 691697224221519 for Zane Davis (email removed by a moderator) Sometimes it is taking 20 minutes or more for it to load...sometimes it quickly goes to 90+% but then just sits there for a long period of time... Please help... thank you so much
