Hi my farm pass 2 has to use water can for 2 different tasks in daily quest.. But I cannot water my flowers on my farm.... AND I cannot water flowers on a super neighbor farm.. What am I doing wrong? please help
(this is ShineOn that has a problem not Sundos)

Ok.. editing.. I was just now able to water my own on one of my farms ... so one task is done.. AND apparently someone watered my other farms??

SO PLEASE DISREGARD THIS PROBLEM.. I figured it out

Hi Sundos

On ShineOn farm pass 2, they also need to water 25 Lady Slippers using the watering can.

You have some on your farm 1 Sundos flowers. Please click in the farm name and see if you have a check mark for Other farmers cannot water flowers option.
If so, then uncheck that option, reload the game and see if ShineOn can water them.

Also, in the future, please remember to post the user id number for the account you want us to check so it is easier for us to do that. Thanks.

Thanks for continuing to look into this..

I did check to see about if the box is checked on farm1 on Sundos farm.. IT IS NOT MARKED... but still I cannot ..

When I go with ShineOn to Sundos farm1 THEN I OPEN TOOL BOX.. it will not even let me pick up the water can (dimmed) ..

But I check my Sundos farm 21 and it will let me pick up the water can.. no ladyslippers there though .. I am so confused.. this is taking way to long to play.

That is strange. Shine is your superneighbor, is she permanently hired to harvest your flowers?

Or, in your farm 1, do you have a check mark for Disable super neighbor farming option? Please uncheck that option if it is marked.

just now finally worked in Sundos farm1 ??? no idea what was wrong or anything.. but I got it done and need to hurry to play all the rest of the stuff and get on with life.. lol

So I just earned the Larch Tree and the Japanese Privet Shrub from Farm Pass and I can't find them in my storage (NOT under Seasonal Farm Pass).

We don't have data on the farm pass items. I just accepted the Japanese Privet Shrub and it is showing in my Farm Pass storage.
Try restarting your farms and look again. If they don't show up then you will need to contact Support as we can't replace them.

So this is embarrassing. Apparently I was looking at the game incorrectly. Either that or leaving the game entire "reset" something. Those two items are in Seasonal/Farm Pass now.
