Hi Kadin,
I am not sure. I do see you now have 5 of the 8 steps completed. Try restarting your farms and see if it is there. If it is not try running the memcache. You can find a link to that at the bottom of your farm page.

I have a co-op quest to produce Tourtiere in the Canadian Restaurant. Before I posted my facilities I unchecked the box. Later when starting another co-op quest I noticed the Tourtiere had started. The time for completion now is 66 hrs when a batch should be 3 hrs. Need help to understand how this happened and why the length of time is so wrong. I did check all my quests that box was unchecked before posting.

Are you sure you unchecked it is the Canadian Restaurant and not in the Taste of Canada?

The time difference is a known glitch, however it is so intermitent that the developers have not been able to determine what causes it as they can't duplicate this. There are a few products this happens too on occasion. Unfortunately we have no way to adjust this for you.
The starting of some products even though unchecke dis also an intermitent bug, so also not one they have been able to fix.

Yes absolutely was unchecked. I uncheck last step when I open quests and then check all quests to ensure boxes are unchecked before posting. So I will accept that unfortunately this is a glitch. Thank-you for your response.

If you wish you can report this to Support but as it is so intermitent I don't know that anything can be done.
To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

Hi, not sure if this is a glitch but I have noticed the only lifeline I am getting is the gifting lifeline. My sister also has only been getting the same giftline. I noticed it happened after the December release. I know it is a random pick but it has been the only one I seem to get for over a month now.

Maybe it's just a coincidence.

You got the gift life line on December 26th, January 5th and 15th.

I just tried and I got the Trader lifeline.

Anyway thanks for your report, we will have an eye on this.

Hi, I know you all are aware of the issue that some items when they are in quests take longer than they should but that it apparently is a tough issue to resolve. Just FYI, I have a red wine container that is going to take 18 hours instead of the 6 it should for a current quest. Just FYI in case you are keeping a list. Thanks.
