Thanks, Taz, it appears whatever you cleared fixed the problem.

I think the corruption happened when we had an Internet power outage Thanksgiving evening, 11/28.

Hi max river,
I moved your posts to the Help & Support thread about harvesting as this has nothing to do with the current release.
You need to pick up a lower level tool for the trees and then look for the eye in the lower right corner of the screen. If the eye is black then click on it to turn it red. Black means nothing disappears after harvesting and red means it will disappear.

WHY can't I plow all the way to the edges all the way around on my farms? And I expect a better answer than "I don't know".

This seems to happen after I purchase an expansion and I'm sick of it.

Hi Lisa

If you dont have anything more on that part of the farm or outside those borders, then you shoul be able to plow without problems.

If after purchasing the expansion and reloading the the game you continue with the same problem, then contact Support.

To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

https://apps.slashkey.com/farmtown/settings2/support/

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

If you are having a problem getting responses from Support please read the information in the following link:

It's not as bad as it was but it still shouldn't be happening.

Hi Lisa,
The expansions are not by the plow plot size. Each expansion is number of single spaces (size of a pine tree). Each plow plot takes 3 of those spaces. The way it works out when you only expand 1 size then you have a left over space to small for an additional plow plot. One expansion allows for 2 more plots and the next , along with the leftover from the previous expansion allows you to plow 3 across.

Hi Lisa,
Look at the bottom left of that farm where you have the trees. You have 2 trees between the edge and the plowed plots. That shows you have 2 spaces left. It takes 3 spaces for a plow plot, so there is not enough space for another plot.
