I moved your post to the thread about Neighbors and Super Neighbors.

I just tried with a superneighbor farms where I have design privilages and I had no problems.

Please check if all permissions are given and if they have enough coins in case you are trying to purchase items. Also, if you are getting your farms from a saved link in your computer, try to load your farms from your facebook home page by clicking in the game icon on the left column.
Then load your superneighbor farms.
Also, after deleting or selling something click in the disk icon to save changes.

Try clearing your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm if it was open in other tab. Then reopen your farms and check if the changes in your superneighbor farm stay.

If nothing works, you both could delete each other as superneighbors, then reload your games and then add each other again.
