Default Stuck in offline mode
I'm stuck in offline mode; I've cleared my cache and when I click the green button to come back online I end up getting the same box ..."click green tick to reconnect..." over and over.
The code below my FT screen says "2023-02-18 19:31:07.687 WARNERROR: SFS.Connect: Failed: c20.slashkey.com:443
2023-02-18 19:31:11.433 LOG[SFS - ERROR] [WebSocketLayer] Connection error: Abnormal disconnection."
HELP!
