for some reason when i try to send gifts i get a message that says ""10165084407305172" does not resolve to a valid user ID" i can't send gifts.......... i use opera as my browser

I can only send 50 gifts total as of today. Before I could send gifts to all my FT neighbors.

My apologies if this is in the wrong location. I have inactive friends that I would like to remove from my send gifts list. I have deleted them on FB but they are still on the FT send gifts to list. Is there a way to remove them?

Hi Ky,
If you have removed them from your Facebook friends then they will get removed from the gift list. Facebook is not quick to update those lists so it may take a couple days or more.

From Raul notes for the New Release:

Known Issues:

- There are 2 Facebook bugs affecting the game introduced a few days ago that are causing issues when sending gifts and train boost to others and also when sending gifts back. We have already reported them to Facebook and we are also working on potential workarounds in case Facebook takes too long. However the workarounds will take a while, may be a week or so.

Hello there,

Since 2 days I cannot send any gifts back to my friends, I can receive them but cannot send any back.

Hi tharcicia,

I have moved your issue with returning gifts using My Requests to the help and support thread for gifts. Your post was split into 2 categories to keep relevant posts in the correct threads for each issue.

A workaround is being tested to try to fix the issue with the Return to all when using My Requests.

If you have had an 8 hour break from playing the game since you last sent gifts out, try the gifting again. Things may be a little different now when you attempt to fill your gift box to maximum using My Requests to exchange all, accept all and return to all. You may find that you now have to select each friend in the list that shows to return the gift.

If it's still not working for you or you have not had that 8 hour break, then you may need to wait a while longer and make sure you have that break from playing the game at all (like an overnight break) before you try it again.
If you are not planning on having a break yet then you'll need to send your friend gifts using the Send Gifts page in the meantime.

We will update the announcement in the forum when the workaround is completed and fully tested or Facebook fixes the problem:
