Hi Larwin,
I can't help you with that. There is nothing we can do concerning this.
Only thing I can suggest is go to your settings and the Facebook Order and payments shortcut and see if there is a way to contact them through that. You can click on the Help and they usually respond if you have a dispute or questions about a purchase.
