Please click in your preferences, the wrench, and change your language to English US or English UK, at this moment you have another language in your settings so that could be the problem.

After changing the language click in the green check mark to save changes and reload the game.

Then try the Job market again. Please remember that when you click in the Map icon, you also have a Room language, be sure it is set to the same language you chose in your preferences.
