Were you in the same farm while your superneighbor was deleting trees?

If so, this is a known issue and was sent to the developers to check on it.

Meanwhile, if your superneighbor with design privilages is doing changing on a farm, you dont have to be on that farm at the same time.

Let your superneighbor works alone, then when all jobs are done, and your superneighbor left the farm, you can load the farm and check the changes.

About the Turbo fishing boat, it is in one of your farms, that is why your superneighbor cant use it.
You have to place it and any other farm cash tool in your storage.
