HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

hi everytime I try to log on now all i get is a black screen with a white symbol in the centre I am not to computer savvy

Please click on this link and make sure you have done the items listed under First Load of Farm Town in your browser. When you have doe those, closed and reopened your browser, try loading the game.

If the game will not load for you for a long time, please continue with the Instructions under Persistent Loading Issues and supply the 3 items requested.

If the game will not load for you for a long time, please go down to the Instructions under Persistent Loading Issues in that post and also supply the 3rd item requested which is the The LAST Checkpoint in the log beneath the game. if you can't see the log click on Toggle FT Console. That will open and close the log.
