Unfortunately, we do not have a timeframe as to when features will be added back. Things like quests will most likely expire. The developers are working as hard as they possibly can to get things added back as soon as humanly possible. But this takes time to do as Farmtown is a very big game. every little addition has to be tested before it is released.
