HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

Thank y'all for your hard work.
The gifting isn't working so I guess the ones that my nieces accepted are lost. There isn't a gifting "hut" to retrieve them from. If you'll let us know when stuff like that will be "normal". It's odd-looking but is working. One was able to retrieve her gifts; the other is at work.
