No, they are not always at the bottom. Sometimes we find them in the middle, and the Mods help by telling us to scroll down a certain number of pages to find the particular new items.

Hi leighwj,
I would not expect the new facilities for a while. Hurricane Irma is headed to Florida and that is where Raul and the Slashkey team are located.
