16 x 12 Harvester

I already own the 12 x 12 Flower Harvester and have just bought the new 16 x 12. As it wouldn't work on the farm I put it on to start with, I added it to my storage but if I click on it I get told to buy it, which I already have done.

The farm cash was taken so I don't know what has happened. I've cleared the memcache. Any suggestions please?
