on FB Click on "Account" then "help centre". In the search box type in "How do I redeem my Facebook Credits gift card?". You should then see the exact same words in one of the FAQ's listed there. Click on it and you will see the link that takes you to the place to enter your pin code.

That will help but I feel sorry for those that can't use this option ( disabled). BTW they sell FB game cards in Shoppers Drug Mart also.
