Default gifts

i get this when trying to send gifts Invalid access_token yes i cleaned out my gifts

Hi jerry

I moved your post to the thread about Gifts.

Please clear your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all tabs you have it open. Then reopen you farms and try to send gifts again.

If that doesnt work for you, then restart your computer and be sure your browser and operation system are up to date.

If nothing works for you, check if you still have 3rd party cookies allowed in your browser.

WHY do i have keep going through this process every evening with my gifts?

After you go through this process every evening, are you allowed to send gifts?

If so, then maybe cookies and pop ups are not being saved and they do not stay allowed in your browser.

Please check that again. Also, if you have other updated browser in your computer, with 3rd party cookies and pop ups allowed, check if you get the same problem.

If nothing works for you, then please contact Support to let them check on your problem. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

i appreciate the help but 2 days in a row i have had to do this just so as i could send gifts ..yes its get old
