When working the "Facility Wall Requests" there are some people utilizing the new site and the word next to their requests is "undefined" I click on it and it brings me to a log in to verify slashkey's email and password. which then tells me I have given the wrong email or password . Now I am concerned that I forgot the password and do not know how to re register just in case #1325597026 Please assist so I do not lose my farmtown account.

Hi Kongo,

The website is still being tested and things are being changed there which is why you will sometimes see the undefined link in some of the walls in the Facebook version. Any friends that have been able to use the website and been posting while using it should use the Facebook version to post from if they want all their friends to be able to help them. As they can't see their own posts in those walls some may not be aware that posting from the website is causing others a problem. Everyone that is not officially testing should still use the Facebook version for now.

I have checked the email you registered with and it is showing as verified. As this is a public forum I will not post the exact details as that is not a good idea for security reasons. Please don't be tempted to post them yourself. We do not have access to anyone's passwords so we can't check that part for you.

The latest changes done on the website over the last few days that are not visible just by loading the game there, may be what is preventing you from logging into it now as it's not supposed to be used by everyone yet. If you are sure that you entered the correct email and password that you used to register in game with, then it's very unlikely that those have changed and you will still be able to use those to log in once the website is available for everyone to use via the official method to get to it at that time.

I apologies, I wasn't using the correct password. So sorry. You folks are so hard working and wonderful for get ft to the stand alone version. Much appreciation and gratitude for all you do.

Hi Kongo,

As you registered correctly before, and it's showing as verified, your farms and data are saved and will continue to be updated on the website version. Hopefully you've kept the email address you used active as well in the meantime.

Most people mistakes with login details are usually an extra digit/character/space or one missing. It's easy to overlook things like that sometimes.

Is this madness going to go away? I am so ****** that I have to keep verifying the password that I have created for future log-in to Farm Town, but you also need me to grant access to my Facebook email and password?? What is the purpose of this needing to access my Facebook email? I would never even let another Facebook member know what email address I use to log in to Facebook. Why does Farm Town want me to allow you to access my Facebook email???? What is the purpose of all this????

I have been verifying and verifying myself for 3 days already, now it says I still have to verify myself for the next 3 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what is all this madness????????? THIS IS TOTALLY NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't feel like every time I come in I have to verify myself. This is ridiculous!!!!!!

Hi Sandie May Angel

The pop up asking you to share with the game your email address you registered for Facebook is only another option or an alternative option to assure the access to your farms.

The game is not asking you for your Password for Facebook only the email address which you probably have already shared when you started playing the game years ago. Most of us have already done that.

Now, about the verification pop up. You need to do it 5 times. Everytime you get that pop up, see how many days are showing up in the pop up. After you do it 5 times, then you will not get it again.
