Are you talking about the Completed animated indicator that shows up when you complete a goal?
If so, it will not always show up and it depends on what you are doing in the game at that time.

Memcache link is working as usual, please go to the following link and you will find which one you have to use, depending in which version of the game you are on at the moment you need to run it:

No, when you go to collect say flowers when you complete the goal, and the list of available flowers comes up. It often says already claimed even tho farm pass has just started. Thanks for the link .

(Guess I should read the web guide....)

I have been unable to load my farm passed U57 since yesterday with the following error

An abnormal situation has occured The playerloop internal function has been called recursively. Pleas contact support.

I just bought the farm pass and didn't receive it. why?

I just checked your account and your purchase of the Farm Pass does not show so it did not go through.

Hi Susan Canning,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread. Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Is the Farm Pass included with the resetting of shortcuts & Facility Manager settings? Do I have to wait until things are fixed or do I have to wait for the next Farm Pass? I just tried to buy the Farm Pass but I got a message that the "...feature is temporarily unavailable. We estimate it should be available again in a couple of weeks."

Hi BarbLH,

I moved your postto the Help & Support thread about the farm pass.
You can not buy the farm pass or farm cash for that matter through the website version. Those have to be purchased through your Facebook version. The developers have not set the purchasing through the website currently.
