HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

Hi Judy,
I have moved your post to the subject thread about the HTML/WebGL loading issues.


Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also make sure your browser is updated as sometimes they do not automatically update.

After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.



Also please check the first post of this thread for additional checks you can do for your computer. There is also a list of optimal requirements for your computer for the game.

Good Morning ~ Never having had this problem since the changeover, I am NOW having it....I can not send gifts, nor exchange all the gifts I received as a whole. When sending gifts, I choose what to send, and the box to choose my neighbors names does not show up. When exchanging the gifts I've received, I choose what gift I want to receive, click on it, and the button to "exchange" them all at once does not show up. Also, I can not choose farmers to boost my trains. Again, the box with names does not show up. Thank you 1419435523

This morning, gifts cannot be accepted, changed or sent all at one time in MY REQUESTS. Neighbor profile pictures do not load either. ID787339060

Hi Linda,

Please go to the 1st post on page 1 of the HTML5/WebGL thread. and re-check everything on that list for everything on your computer and browser before you try to load the game again.

If you still can not load the game after checking all of those please try another updated browser and see if you get the same problem there. If you do, please describe what you are seeing when you try to load the game and if there any errors in the console beneath your game screen, please list those.

Game won’t load. Farm ID: 1793409352. On Chrome, it gets to the black screen and the little progress box is empty. Here is the info:
