I moved your post to the subject thread about loading problems with the HTML version.
Please try clearing your browser cache, close the browser, then reload your farms. It will take a few minutes to load as it will have to download all the graphics again.
If that doesn't help please try the steps in the first post of this thread.

Hi derfischmac,

Are you still using your iPad to play the game or are you using a computer when this happens? The concentration at this time is to get the game loaded on computers and laptops first. All I can tell you about iPads is that you need to do any updates and optimizations it's recommending to you. We do know that those with iOS 10 are able to load Farm Town on iPads. Those with the latest iOS versions like 14 don't seem to be having any issues as far as we know.

If you are using a computer please do any updates showing on it and check if Firefox is up to date. If it's a Mac please see what iOS version you have. If it's an older version please try Opera browser.

Have you tried enabling the Compressed graphics setting in your game preferences? if you're not sure where that is please go to the 1st post on page 1 of this HTML5/WebGL thread.
There is more information and help for you there, the option for Compressed Graphics is explained at the bottom of the post. If you decide to try another browser please also refer to that post for any issues you find listed there.

If you cant load the game then please try the following:

Please check if there is any update for Windows, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.


After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.

If you can't open the FT Console watch the "U" number in the upper right corner of your farms for the last number shown.

Also if you go to the first post, first page of this thread, there are stept to let you check your computer.

This is my laptop specs......I have spoke with Apple and they are saying its possible that I cannot get this game to load no matter what browser I try due to my M1 processor, do you know if this is an issue, is there anyone there that can help me with this?

Unfortunately none of the developers or moderators use any Mac computers, so we would not be able to tell you whther that processor will work or not.

Look in the FT Console below your farms and copy and paste here the first 8 to 10 lines in a post. So we can look at that information.

Hi Sunnyray,
Did Apple say if the IOS could be updated? You have version 11.2 and they are up to version 14. I am not sure that 11.2 will work.

You can try the items in the announcement at the top of any of the forum sections and there are steps you can check in the first post of this thread to try also.


We have had reports that Mac users have been able to get into the game using Opera browser.

my laptop is at the current version on the iOS, it did an update 2 days ago, so I just once again checked it, it is at the very latest update, shouldn't be an issue
