You have to contact Support about this. We have no way to help you with this in the forums as we do not have that right. The link you posted will not help as it is to Facebook and does not open.

Hi winniechanjeewei,
You have your ID in your signature in your forum profile. It is the same for both Facebook and the website. Go to the User CP and click on Edit Signature in the drop down menu. Write down the number part of that link to your farms on Facebook.
Then you need to use the Support email to send a ticket to Support including your ID number.

Taz isn't available at the moment. You have to send an email to contact the support team as you can't log into the website.

Go to the announcement again and scroll further down the post to where it says

The only other option you have is to contact the support team...

and under that in the quote in blue lettering you will see the email address you need to use to send an email to the support team.

I signed up when playing farm town in Facebook, signed in yesterday and continued with my farm, now today I come in with the same user name and password that I have used since playing it for years, now I can't get in. What to do?

did you create an account on the farmtown.com website?

I think unless you did you wont be able to access your farm.

Hi Twinky,

What exactly is the problem? Your login is working but you can't load the game or is it your login that has the issue.

If it's the login, what message in red text is it showing you?

If it's showing Incorrect Password to you, click on the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions it shows you.
