Hi Lisa,
That is not something from the servers. Are all those symbols across the bottom what you have open?
You restarted that laptop, did you do any updates to the browser or the computer? Resetting the windows password would not have anything to do with the game. That would be a computer/windows issue.
The error you are getting on the old one is coming from Unity so they are not sure what it is or what is causing it. It again could be an update your computer or browser needs as Unity is a built-in part of those.

Symbols accross the bottom are taskbar shortcuts. Both laptops are up to date as far as I know. This morning, this is the last line in the FT console when I arrive at my main farm after loading the game on the "old" computer. Note: Game loaded normally with no slowdowns:

To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

I edited my original response and as I said I starter loading Farm Town on the "new" computer before I came back here and it's just now loading
to "Climbing on tractor".

Would internet speed cause these types of errors? Speed test result only about half what I'm paying for. I "contacted support". Should I have received an email conformation? Game is loading normally on the "Old" laptop.

Yes Lisa, you should get an automatic response from support in your email address.
That is only to let you know that they received your ticket. They will contact you by email later.

If you do not find it after an hour, please check your spam folder.
