I moved your post to the HTML thread about not being able to load. As this seems to be your issue then please post in this thread rather than the Game Migration Update thread which is for those who can play.

There are new things to check and try in the first post of this thread.

Many are able to use Opera instead of Safari for their Mac computers.

I finally got the opera app to load on iPhone, but it stops on white screen. It says U-33 and keeping goats out of kitchen. Any suggestions to get it to load completely. Thanks

I moved your post to the HTML5/WebGL thread.

I'm sorry but right now we are all concentrating on getting the main game working for computers, mobile devices are currently not supported, but some may work. It is better to wait and see how the game improves and what developers can offer.

Make sure the browsers you are trying on your phone are updated, so they can support WebGL. If the ones you are trying are not able to open it try some different ones.

Hello tiger i have tried connecting thru what u sent then thru instructions i have just seen 2day & nothing is working i feel so inadequate what do i do

My ID is 1223288649 I keep getting this error almost every week now WebGL Supported, but DISABLED ------------------- ERROR! I send a note and you tell me to clean out my cache (this does not help) and you will refer to some one. Some time later in the day, the error message generally is gone. But why does it keep coming back week after week? Thank you for your help.
