Default Any news?

I have read around the whole forum. Most posts related to my query here are pretty old. What I am wondering is... when is farmtown going to be transitioned FROM Adobe Flash Player? I experience so many difficulties these days just trying to play the game I adore here. It's very discouraging. Adobe says support will be removed from the flash player by December 2020.. so does that mean that for more than another year these problems are going to be happening? I have spent real money on this game in the past.. maybe not recently but I don't care. Is there any way to know when a transition from adobe flash be completed fully? I don't want to have to give up my farmtown, I truly love this game. When are we going to be quits with adobe flash player? Some people experience no problems at all. I do know how to maintain my browsers just in case anyone was wondering. I have cleared caches, cleared cookies and used memcache.. sometimes multiple times a day just to be able to function in the game.. sorry state of affairs. I just am wondering if a transition will be happening soon. Thanks for reading my post

Hi Joyce,

The developers are currently working on porting Farmtown away from flash, but as Farmtown is very big and complex, it will take time to do so. Please rest assured that farmtown will continue as normal so there is no need to worry. For More information from the developers, please read the following post http://www.slashkey.com/forum/showthread.php?t=641970

Today I am once again having problems with loading my farms when I tried multiple expansion on one of my farms. What is WRONG WITH FARM TOWN that it doesn't like farmers to do multiple expansion? Don't even tell me it's not a Farm Town's problem. Such a coincidence is hard to ignore. Farm Town needs to acknowledge this problem and FIX IT!!!!

I am ONCE AGAIN stalling on the "Loading User..."

Mike

Hi Mike

I just loaded your farms with no problems, I also visited your farm 23 which is the one you have been expanded.

Try to hide the water items you have in that farm by unchecking the option Show Ponds in your preferences before you visit the Realtor office and see if that helps you when you have to load that farm again after expanding it.

I guess I was not being clear, nothing about my farmtown and how it runs is 'normal" anymore. One specific thing is.. when you first load the farm you get the dialog box that gives the option to take a photo and gives you bonus coins.. well I never get that screen anymore. That is a sad thing lol.. who doesn't like their bonus coins right? Also That weird shrinking screen in sending gift.. but I see you all can't do anything, just mentioning that I had it too. I can wait. I am really sad about the bonus coins. Also why is the memcache link gone? I can't find it now. That was handy so of course it's gone now? It always did better than clearing the browser's cache .. anyway I went to use it and it was gone.

Hi Joyce,
First thing is the memcache link is in the following post link:
http://www.slashkey.com/forum/showthread.php?t=627590

It would be best for you to run it, then bookmark it in your browser. Then you won't have to come to the forums to look for the link. The memcache clears the server so it can reload everything for your farms. The browser cache cleans out the data that is stored by your browser such as the graphics for everything in the game you have on your farms. They have different functions.

We do not keep the memcache in the Help & Support section. Only official threads stay in the Help & Support section.

If you are not getting the lottery pop up then you will need to contact Support about this because we do not have a fix for it in the forums.

To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.
http://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/settings2/support/

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Hi Marymarcel:

Thank you for your reply! I tried again later in the day and was able to get into my farms. No worry! This only happens once in a while whenever I expanded my farm too many times. My farm 23 has been expanded to twice its size today from 12x12 to 24x24. Glad it is working okay now. Thanks!

Mike

Default Game so slow

As of 10-22-19 at 3:07 a.m. EST time, FT has went down so slow you can't even accept a gift. It was running fine earlier. I've done all you are suppose to to clean out my browsers...still doesn't work.
