Now that we can purchase FC and the FP thru the new website, I have deleted the app from my FB account. My neighbor page is full, lots more room for buddies. Thank you Developers! Happy Farming

hope don't have to change anything now because my password is not same as Facebooks surely not after going through this process once.

Hi Amanda,
Please read the update in the first post of this thread for July 21st. You can now change things through the website without having to go to Facebook.

Farmtown is leaving facebook tomorrow but will that be 12am EST, 12am Facebook time or 12am your local time (laptop time)

The only information provided is July 24th.

Once deactivated, it will affect all users at the same time.

HELP!
I've tried multiple times for weeks now to log into the new website and no matter what I do I get an error message. The game's gonna migrate/disappear tomorrow and I'm stuck at 'try again later' for the umpteenth time. I've used my display name and my game ID number. I've used the password that works here on the Forum and I've tried setting a new password and still no luck. I've been playing Farmtown (on FB and on MySpace before that) since 2008.

Hi Ruth KC

You need to log into your Facebook account and then load your farms there.

Then you should get the window to be able to register in the website. There is no way to do the registration directly in the website.

I think this is the wrong place post this but try to find the right place. this is my issue I played my farmtown over 10 years but my facebook account was hacked and password was changed on me. I tryed my times to get back done everything I could do. But my email was a hotmail and I have no access to it. So facebook gave issues. Is there anything the dev can do for me. It all happen to me sept 2019. any help would be nice ty max river.

Im not sure if they could do anything for you but you should contact Support. If you wish you can contact Support. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
