I have never had a problem with the facility wall requests until today. Earlier today my facility wall had posts going back nearly a full 24 hours. Now I can only see posts going back 2 hours. I've cleared memcache several times, logged out and in several times and cleared the data on my computer and I'm still only seeing facility posts going back only 2 hours. My account # is 100000740089895 build #576. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Susan,
The Wall Requests are not based on time. You will only see one set of posts per neighbor, so if any one of them reposts the previous posts are deleted. Also there is a limit on how many posts can be shown in the list, so it is not based on how far in time it goes back, but in the total number of posts that can be shown.
We do not have any way to view your Wall Requests. You can submit a ticket to Support if you wish. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Thank you Taz I completely understand what you are saying, In my situation, many of my neighbors post regularly, not overly but regularly, so I can see dozens of posts whether I am working them in the morning or at night, I submitted a ticket and got the original response, ticket number, priority etc. but nothing else, I went to the site to check the status and still so far nothing more in the way of a response or action taken, the wall seemed to fix itself for a few days and today I am back to showing 2 to 3 hours of posts and nothing else, this is getting frustrating as I have done all I can on my end that I am aware that I can do, I see from another recent post that I am not the only one experiencing this issue, I hope they get it fixed quick, I don't feel good spending money on a game that impedes my progress and doesn't fix issues, thank you for your response and help, Have a great week

Hi Don,
I will check with Support and find out why you didn't get any response from them. They may have responded and you just not seen it. Check your spam folder in your email program and make sure their response is not in there.

Not everybody posts every day. Mine can flucuate as well depending on the day. As we do not have wide spread reports of this so I can't see it being a problem in the game.

When I "send ingredients" through the wall request, does the ingredients come from my storage??

No they don't. They come from the mayor and you get half of the amount as well.

My wall requests from friends are showing up as posted a few seconds ago yet I did them over an hour ago. they are NOT repeat requests as the ones below are the same. Whats happening with recent ones?

Hi corogirl

It could be that they reposted a little time after you worked them. If some facilities were empty when you worked, then the new posts will show the ones refilled and the ones you already worked. You should get different floating messages for them.

If that is not the problem, then could you please add a picture of the issue you are seeing?

It isn't that problem and it hasn't happened since but if it does I shall take a picture. It was like time stood still on farmtown last night for roughly an hour. Quite weird:

I have been working the wall requests since this early morning without a problem. Glad it hasn't happened again corogirl
