I tried what you said, set the My Neighbors tab to Activity and also set it to Show active players only checked and uncheked, and couldnt reproduce your problem.

My list goes from the ones active today to the ones active on other days.

If you set the list to for example to Name, does the list show you more friends?

Thanks, that helped some. Before the conversion i had more than 400 active friends in farmtown. Now i have many less. I am tring to find those that have not been active and see id they are going to play farm town again. Again thanks

i am net receiving any fish or coins when fishing super neighbors and not sure im receiving any on my farms either ID 1041029409

hi. It appears that no matter wich filter i use, or which browser i use, all of my active or non-active farm town friends are viewed. It shows about 200 total, by using the default filter ir shows all of my neighbors, active and inactive, but if i use the name filter no one with the first letter of k - z is shown. Could this be something face book has done> thaank you

Hi Karen,
When working on your own farms you do not get coins. You get the products which you can use or sell.
When you fish for a neighbor you get 50% of the fish and 100% of the selling price. However, we have no way of checking this for you as we do not see any data for those functions. Next time before you start working note how many coins you have and also how many of a couple of the fish you have in your storage. Then do the work and check again the amounts and see if they go up.

Hi Charlie Manylayers,
This was a problem last night, but with today's release this was fixed. It is something that Facebook has changed that was preventing the page from showing the entire list that the developers worked on fixing.

Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and look again.

I have just under 100 neighbors and no friends that play who are not my neighbors and they are all showing.

If the memcache clearing doesn't help then please report this to Support.

To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. thanks, i did clear memcache a number of times and was getting similar results on chrome, edge and firefox. I will be going offline and will check again tomorrow.

Hi Irene Jater,

Please describe what is happening and what you are seeing when you try to boost your trains. At what point does it stop working for you? Is the problem on all of your trains or just a specific train? When you try to boost one of your trains are you seeing any error message? If so what is it saying?

If the problem is that your friends lists will not load to send the boosts out, please check if your browser is still showing up to date and that cookies and popups are still allowed in your browser then also try sending a gift from the send gifts page and see if you get the same problem there with the lists not loading.
