I had a look at your data and on March 29th, you sent 3 Turbo Electric Semi Trailers to 2 friends.

One friend received 2 of them and the other received 1. Both friends have the Turbo Electric Semi Trailers on their farms.

Those are the only Tools you sent.

By the time Im checking your data you have 0 farmcash but you have been upgraded farms and purchasing 1 factory and 1 Super Rabbit hutch yesterday.

Wasn't sure where to put this. My gifts in gift manager shows as empty. I know there should be something there. Thanks for your help.

Hi bbarksda,

I have moved your post to the thread about issues with gifts.

Do you mean that you have no gifts in the My Requests area?
If you know that friends have recently sent you gifts since you last saw them, this may be a temporary issue and the may return in the next day or so.

Does it mean that you do not have any gifts when you click in your My Requests tab?

If so, it is a random problem that happens sometimes. It is a case of the data not transferring from Facebook to Farm Town as the gift processing is done through Facebook. Most of the time they will show back up in a few days in your My Requests.

There is a few things you could try:

Clearing your FT memcache. To do that Click Here. A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window. Then reload.


If that doesn't help, you can also try clicking on the following link and see if your gifts are showing up in Facebooks area for gifts: Facebook Games Activity

If they are there you could try accepting one gift at a time and see if they show up in your gift box. Please do not boost friends trains from there as that won't work. If the gifts don't show up then those may be stuck so you would need to clear them out, or you could wait a while and see if it corrects.

If you need information on what you can and can't do in the Facebooks area for gifting and how to clear out any stuck gifts or stuck train boosts, should you need them please click on this link:

I posted last week about my gifts are not showing up. I received a message back and I have done everything that was recommended to me to no prevail, I'm still not getting my gifts in my gift box!!

I am sorry, but there isn't anything we can do about this. It is a random problem with the data transfer between Facebook and Farm Town and being random we have no way to track down the cause.


The only suggestion I can make until they show back up in the My Requests is for you to try clicking on the following link and see if your gifts are showing up in Facebooks area for gifts: Facebook Games Activity

Hello I have been having a problem with gifts sent to me I see there are 50 but after I accept them and check if there are any more there aren't I usually get100 or more over night but not in the last week Can someone check this please

Please clear your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all windows you have it open. Then reopen your farm and check if the problem is solve.

If the problem continues then then please click on this link and see if those gifts are showing up, take in mind that page can only show you up to 100 at a time: Facebook Games Activity

If those gifts were stuck gifts meaning they had already been accepted but had not cleared, then accepting them even in the games/activity will not give them to you again in the gift box. It is better to delete them one by one. You will have to clear them out of that section by clicking the X instead of Accept to clear them all out.

I have used the memcache twice when I checked game activity there were over 100 items there I was unable to accept any of them ( I have not ben on since this morning and it is now 4 pm
