Hi Chrissie333,

I have moved your post to the help and support thread for Farm Pass.

If you were trying to use the Send Gifts page to send an ingredient that's listed there, that's where you are going wrong. You do not use the Send Gifts page for Ingredient Pack Goals.

For example if you see a friends post in Facebook or in the Other Wall Requests page that says "Can you send me ingredients to make...." they are requesting an Ingredient Pack to make that product.
When you click on that request to send it to them, you are sending an Ingredient Pack.


When there IS a blue silhouette on the brown gift box, you need to click on a friends request for ingredients to send them. One per person, each one counts 1 towards a goal.


If there is NOT a blue silhouette on the brown gift box you have to request an ingredient yourself and friends have to send them. Each one received counts one towards a goal.

I won 114 cocoa trees on Farm Pass and there were 114 in my gift box. However, when I put them out, there were only 111. This isn't the first time I've been shorted.

Hi Refarner

Once you use them from your gift box it is not possible for us to check how many you got.
I had a look at your data and you have a total of 116 cocoa trees on your farms.

If you wish you can contact Support to let them know about your problem. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Thanks. I put them out on a farm with no other cocoa trees so I could check how many I got. The ones to make it up to 116 must be on a different farm .

Hi. I earned the farm pass privilege for having one neighbor work my non workable facs. When I went into my facility manager, I noticed that all of the non workable facs had been worked except for three of them. One mineral mine, one oil pump, and one open pit mine. The other non workable facs that I have two or more of were all worked.

Are those 3 facilities on the same farm? If so, in which farm are them?

Yes, they are on farm 23

I visited your farms and checked your Open pit mines, mineral mines and oil pumps.

You have 3 Mineral mines in total, 1 on Farm 10, 1 on Farm 17 and 1 on Farm 23
All of them are showing the same time left in What's Pending and for products done.

You have 2 Open Pit mines in total, 1 on Farm 17 and 1 on Farm 23
They are also showing the same time left in What's Pending and for products done.

You have 2 Oil pumps, 1 on Far 17 and the other on Farm 23

Both are showing the same time left in What's pending and nothing done yet.


The mines seems to have been worked, about the oil pump if you stored products then that is why nothing shows as done yet.

Please reload the game and check those farms and facilities again.

Thanks for checking this issue out for me.

I reloaded the game and here is what my facility manager is showing:

Mineral Mines farm 23 showing 98.9%, farms 10 and 17 showing 77.7%.

Open Pit Mines farm 23 showing 97.8%, farm 17 showing 77.7%

Oil Pumps farm 23 showing 98.3%, farm 17 showing 77.7%

I was expecting all the non workable facs to show a utilization of 80% after they were worked. Isn't that what they should show?
