Nope, those are the big clouds, I couldn't do that with the mists those are FC and don't have that much FC to make those photos. They might become less transparent after you purchase the item, those photos are taken without doing the purchase. I just made those photos to show a couple of positions that some people might put the clouds and mists.

whats wrong with the facilitys manager, it wont load dodo plus I still cant get 5 trains to boost

Check your fuel for the facility manager loading. It requires fuel for any of the Start and Load tools to work.
Are you missing the boost button or missing the names in the list after clicking the button?
If you are missing the button:
After you have dispatched your train, close the Train Status then reopen and see if the boost button is there. If it still isn't restart your farm and then see if it is there.
If you are missing the names in the list then this is a Facebook problem and they are working on it.

If you know that your neighbor wants both done, you can click on the factory help and do the factories on that farm, then if there are any service facilities on that farm you can click on each one manually and work them, same the other way also click on the service facility help and then after those are done on that farm you can go and click on each factory and work them.
