At the bottom of FT it says “Toggle FT Console”

I still have no functionality aside from sending/receiving gifts.

Is this still on the IPad? If so I'm sorry but right now we are all concentrating on getting the main game working for computers, mobile devices are currently not supported, but some may work. It is better to wait and see how the game improves and what developers can offer.

Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.


After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.

Hello I'm 1634651205 I stiil have adobe installed an when opened the game I was able to see the request and sent them back , When open Play it was Black and the white logo , but any sign of uploading . there is -Toggle Ft console - below the game and no neighs at all. It's completly white . My pc is a Window xp of 2004, could it have more problems ? Thank you for the help.

That is an announcement, but it has several suggestions for you to try. You have to try them in order.

If nothing works for you and the game still doesnt load after trying all them, then post the information asked in Persistent Loading issues, they are:

- Your id number, you find it into brackets, in the message above your farm screen.

- In which screen your game stops loading? (black, green, gray or white?

- The last Checkpoint showing up in the information you get below the game screen. If you dont see the information, then click in Toggle FT console button.

If you can't open the FT Console watch the "U" number in the upper right corner of your farms for the last number shown.
