Strange thing happening the last few days while working on the farms. The "Idle" screen comes on while I am working Quests or other tasks.So far it has not booted me off line in the game yet, but have had to redo a couple of Quest steps. Why is the "Idle" pop up coming on while I am working.

Sorry I don't have an answer as to why. I haven't seen that happen at least not while doing anything. Are you sure it was the Idle message or was it the disconnect message? If it was the second one then it would just be a dropped connection.

It was the Idle for 10 min disconnect message. Very strange! I am going back to the game to harvest some SN farms. Will try to get a better look at the notice to see if it is the exact one.

When working my Super Neighbor's farm, it takes a long time for everything to load. Some trees come in, followed by lakes & seacoasts several minutes later. Then more trees followed by buildings, etc. several minutes after that. We are talking minutes, not seconds. <y user ID is 1497914343.

Hi FF,
If their farms are heavily loaded and layered then it will take longer to load. The only things we can suggest is make sure you have turned off everything not needed for you to do the work before you go to their farms. You could also try clearing your memcache prior to going to work.
Make sure you do not have a lot of tabs open in your browser as well as that will slow everything down.

Developers are working in some errors showing up in the console.

If they are not preventing you from continue working, then you just have to wait for developers to correct them.

I am getting very frustrated with FT Shackey and Facebook have a business agreement and if you say it is facebooks fault, that I can't send gifts or send boost request, Then you need to get after them to fix it. I have been very patient, I believe, and you are not dealing with the problem. Now I am done ranting, I think not passing the buck to facebook, but getting to the bottom of it, is the best thing.

Hi Grandma,
There are a couple tickets open with Facebook for the same problem, not just from Farm Town. That is all they can do. Part of trying to fix this is trying to find the problem and why it doesn't effect all players of the games that use the gifting. I am sorry, but there is nothing else the developers can do but wait for Facebook to find what the issue is and fix it.

To take a look at the problem further the devs and possibly Facebook will need to be able to log into an account with the issue to be able to reproduce it.

It's entirely up to you if you would be willing to help out in that way, if you are then please contact the support team and let them know, but if you are not then you may have to wait until the devs or Facebook to have access to an account with the issue to be able look at the problem further.

Hi knudhp,
You have them on a farm, probably the farm you were on when you bought them. Tools need to be in your storage to be seen in the Toolbox for using them.
