Thanks for the info storm.

Please ask him to check if all long cars are correctly attached to the trains not by highlighting them but by clicking in the locomotive and then see if all the long cars have a white background in the Freight cars tab.

If all is correct, then delete both of you as superneighbors again.
You both run memcache and close your computers.
Restart both computers and add you both back as superneighbors and add permissions again. You both have to reload the game and then you can try to dispach the trains again.

If nothing helps, then contact Support. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

I can send gifts, but in request boosts it won't load farmers at all.
My previous request for help on this was probably over a year ago

Then sadly you got the facebook problem. You can try contact Facebook about this as there is nothing we can do to help.

I tried that previously a few times, and "sadly", facebook rarely responds and in my personal experience has never responded to me when I've had a problem.

Yes, we know they dont usually answer but you can continue reporting the issue.

Hi, I'm posting this again because my previous post disappeared!
I'm trying to earn the train boost goal in Farm Pass.
I had 2/3 already.
When I accepted the third one, it did not update the Farm Pass goal which which still shows 2/3.
Can you take a look, thanks?

He has 10 or more long cars attached to his train engines .. he dispatched them himself and I can see they are dispatched from his train manager when I click on the bottom left toolbox, we are going to see if the issue remains or resolves itself once they are ready to be unloaded again.

Have you checked your FB permissions for FT? I had an issue and I authorized FarmTown to do all that it requested. You can check in settings, under Apps and websites.
