I really am not sure if this is the right place but this is the second time this has happened and this time refreshing does not fix it.
When I go to the various places like the INN or where you hire players I am the only one there. FT just doesn't load any other player no matter what I do. I have tried going to another farm and then to the inn but still the same. I am on Chrome but have tried Edge also and the same thing. I tried hiring from my farm but the other player while there cannot be seen so I can't hire anyone at all!!!

You nailed it. It was a new app I had installed and have uninstalled it and now everything is back to normal.

lately every time I hire someone at marketplace when click on the link to hire them the link wont take me back to my farm, very annoying as they get to my farm then have to take myself back to my farm and often they don't finish whether they get kicked off am not sure then have to get someone else

Off and on I have a similar problem. I hire someone, try click that I have things to do first and nothing happens. When it is happening, it happens for each person I hire. But since I'm not going to my farm right away I hadn't worried about it. It may happen one day and not again for a while or it may happen several days in a row and then a week or two with not problems. Since I hadn't seen any one else mention it, I thought it could be on my end.
It did cause a problem a few days ago when I was responding to a neighbor request in the Trade Market and couldn't respond to any of the options to add them to my list. Fortunately the person had sent me a private message asking if they could send a request, so I was able to take care of things. Next time it happens I'll give running memcache a try.
